EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTION ON EMPOWERMENT OF SOFT SKILLS AMONG NURSING STUDENTS

Aim: Today, employers prefer to hire, retain, and promote those who are resourceful, ethical, self-directed with good soft skills. The purpose of this study was evaluate the effect educational intervention on empowerment skills among nursing students. Materials Methods: quasi-experimental one-group (pre-test-post-test) design adopted, 49 students were chosen by using convenience sampling. pre-test post-test assessed provided regarding Results: mean score knowledge (10.92), (19.92), as well t value (8.173), which indicates that there significant changes in knowledge, but no association between demographic variables like age, family income, sources (p< 0.05). Conclusion: results showed improved students, will empower them a clinical setting.
